All hire packages include use of the woodland space during the day only, giving you the freedom to create an event that feels personal and meaningful. Additional extras — such as shelter hire, eco-friendly decorations, local catering, activities, and logistical support, can be arranged at your request.
Our Commitment to Nature
We are proud to protect the beauty of Fowler’s Hill Wood and ask all those who hire the space to respect our ethos:
- Zero Plastic and Zero Waste:We operate a policy which ensures as little of an impact on the woodland as possible. All users must agree to a no-plastic, low-waste policy. This means any rubbish that is made will have to be taken with you, or we can sort this for an additional fee.
- Eco-Friendly Materials Only: Any decorations, signage, or materials brought into the woodland must be natural, biodegradable, or sustainably sourced.
- Support Local, Reduce Impact: We encourage working with our network of local suppliers to help reduce the environmental footprint of your event. We’re happy to help with recommendations and logistics planning.
- Small and Intimate: We are a small venue with a fragile habitat so numbers are limited to small intimate events only.
